Postering Guidance

On this page, you'll find some guidance on how to distribute posters and flyers on campus, as well as where you are allowed to display your posters.

First, have a look at the university's handy guide to postering in their spaces on campus. Please read it before campagining.

Please note:

  • You can only use the 15 A4 posters we printed for you. You can collect them at the Elections HQ from 10 am on Monday 10 March.
  • You can only use the cards and flyers we gave you to campaign.
  • You may only place one poster in each location mentioned below.
  • Where a poster site has painted boarder you must keep your poster within the boundaries.
  • Flyers must be handed to people or left on tables - do not attach them to any surface. Please avoid leaving flyers on tables in the Rosebowl Cafeteria (City Campus) and Campus Central Cafeteria (Headingley Campus) to support the university catering teams to keep the space clean and tidy.
  • Don't put your posters on brickwork, stonework, lifts, or doors.
  • Banners must properly affixed at every corner.
  • Maximum banner size is w100cm x h50cm.
