On this page, you'll find some guidance on how to distribute leaflets and posters on campus, as well as where you are allowed to display your posters.
First, have a look at the university's handy guide to postering in their spaces. Please read it before campagining.
Please note:
- You may only place one poster in each location.
- Where a poster site has a purple painted boarder you must keep your poster within the boundaries.
- Flyers must be handed to people or left on tables - do not attach them to any surface. Please avoid leaving flyers on tables in the Rosebowl Cafeteria (City Campus) and Campus Cenral Cafeteria (Headingley Campus) to support the university catering teams to keep the space clean and tidy.
- Poster size is A4.
- No access to brickwork, stonework, lifts, or doors for candidate posters.
- Banners must properly affixed at every corner.
- Maximum banner size is w100cm x h50cm.

Portland Building - Next to SU Welcome Desk
