It’s 2025, the year of 202thrive. There’s so many expectations of how you should be spending your time in January: Dry Jan, Veganuary... the list goes on. Well, if you’re facing boredom or just wanting some inspiration, here’s a list of what you can do in Leeds this month... 

 

Plan your year 

Planning your year helps set clear goals and priorities, giving you direction and motivation – whether it be personally or professionally. Set yourself realistic goals, which you can monitor through a journal, an app or even a mood board.  It doesn't have to be complicated, it could just be plotting in your holidays, important dates or anything which will help you stay organised.

It’s the year of 202thrive so your health and wellbeing should be at the top of your list. Starting a new sport can help your physical fitness and boost mental health. Not only that but you can learn new skills and socialise with new people.
