Global Village Welcome Session at Headingley Campus: 11am - noon; Jubilee Room James Graham; Join Global Village at Headingley Campus for an information session!

Sat 18th January

Global Village Saturdays: City Walking Tour and Visit Leeds Musem: 11am - 1pm; Meet at the Rose Bowl Foyer; A great chance to see Leeds on foot with the Global Ambassadors!

Sun 19th January

Global Village Buddy Walk at Meanwood Park: 11am - 1pm; Take a stroll and meet new friends on the Global Village buddy walk!

Fri 24th January

Global Ambassador's Leeds City Walking Tour: 11am - 1pm; Meet at Rose Bowl Foyer; Join the Global Ambassadors on a tour of the city to get to know local supermarkets, cultural food providers, shops for homeware and clothing.

Global Village's Speed-Friending: 2pm - 4pm; Rose Bowl 412, City Campus; Join Global Village for a meet a buddy event, connect with current students and meet other new students, meet the Global Buddies who can help you settle into life at Leeds Beckett!

Sat 25th January

Visit the Royal Armouries: 11am - 1pm; Meet outside Rose Bowl Upper Car Park; Join the Global Village for a Saturday trip to explore the Leeds Armouries Museum.

Scars on 45: 7pm - 11pm; Leeds Beckett Students' Union, Leeds; Yorkshire band Scars On 45 return to play their only UK show of 2025 at Leeds Beckett.

Visit Kirkstall Abbey with Global Village: 11am - 1pm; Meet outside Rose Bowl upper car park or Kirkstall Abbey Gates!; Join Global Village to explore Kirkstall Abbey!

Global Village Sports: 5pm - 6pm; Carnegie Sports Centre, Headingley Campus; Join the Global Village for a fun Sports Session a good way to explore the sports facilities of Leeds Beckett up at Headingley campus

Tue 28th January

Winter Freshers Fair: 11am - 3pm; Portland Corridor and Events Hall, The Hive; Our Winter Freshers Fair is the perfect opportunity to chat with societies, hear about everything your students' union has to offer and grab loads of freebies!

Thu 30th January

Global Village Welcome Party: 7pm - 11pm; The Hive, City Campus; Join us for our infamous welcome party, free food, DJ, games, and plenty of dancing!

Sat 1st February

Trip to York with Global Village: 9am - 5pm; Take a day trip to York for just £10 for new international students of Leeds Beckett!

Mon 3rd February
