From A to B-Longing: Your Role in Developing Students’ to Feel a Sense of Belonging

Last September, Dr Esther Pugh and Alistair Macauley from Leeds Business School began implementing the intial findings of their research into students' sense of belonging at Leeds Business School ahead of a second round of research into the impact of the changes they have made.

This is a fantastic chance for you to join Esther and Rebecca Golds at this event to find out more about theresearch, results, and next steps, and how you as Course Reps and students in other positions of leadership might be able to apply this to your own roles to improve student belonging on your course, in your school, or in your wider social and academic communities.
